When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3 pm, and check out is 11 am. We ask that you clean all of your dishes upon leaving.

What is your pet policy?

All pets must be approved in advance and owners pay a $50 fee. You also accept the pet annendum listed below:

  1. To keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and immediately remedy any complaints concerning the pet;

  2. To comply with all applicable statutes, orinances, restrictions, owners’ association rules, and other enforceable regulations regarding any pet;

  3. To ensure that shall not create any conflict or disturbance with others and will not threaten any physical harm to anyone;

  4. To have all shots of said pet current;

  5. Must be with the pet when outside;

  6. To keep the pet under control at all times;

  7. To promptly remove any pet waste from the Property, including all living areas, garages, storage areas, yards, porches, patios, courtyards, and decks;

  8. To keep the pet from damaging any property, and not to leave pets unsupervised in the cabin without being crated;

  9. To immediately pay for any injury, damage, loss, or expense caused by the pet;

  10. The property owner and management are held harmless from all liability arising from the Guest's ownership of a said pet.

How can I contact you?

Once your reservation is booked, I will personally contact you with directions to your cabin. I also like to meet all my guests on (or close to) their arrival. I live in the area and am available is issues or questions arise during your stay.
